Position: Assistant Manager - Capability Development
Qualification: Must hold Masters degree in HR with 03-04 years experience in the area of capability development.
Ideal candidate must have strong HR background with ability to develop strong working relationships. Will be responsible to effectively identify the training needs of employees at all levels and manage, implement & monitor employee engagement and capability development plans throughout the group accordingly in line with business objectives.
