Position Title: Manager Operations
Industry: Timeshare or Vacation Ownership in Hospitality
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- -Look after all operations related telesales, reservations and customer service department.
- -Inspecting all departments for SOP implementation.
- -Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD daily / weekly to discuss routine operational matters, sales targets, GSTS feedback / RSTS feedbacks and action taken for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
- -Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- -Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
- -Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
- -Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- -Responds quickly to guest requests/complaints in a friendly manner.
