Roles & Responsibilities: Training Manager will be responsible or the academic training and development of our teams by developing in-house syllabus and training modules, imparting effective trainings at national and regional level and updating team on latest developments regarding various products and segments.
Candidate’s Profile: M.B.B.S with a reputable MBA
* Minimum of 2 years experience as a training manager in a multinational or a well-reputed national company
* Excellent presentation ad verbal communication skills
* Must be able to travel extensively.
