POSITION: Customer Care Executive (females are encouraged to apply)
COMPANY: Lucky Foods
BUDGET: Rs.25,000 – 35.000 per month (depending on profile)
• Minimum Bachelors.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral, written and electronic communications
• Good voice quality on phone
• Proficiency with computers, especially with MS Office, and good typing skills.
• Must be fluent in Urdu speaking.
• Making calls to potential customers for sales pitch and book new orders.
• Communicating orders to Home Delivery supervisors and assuring if the products have been delivered and following up
• Sharing Daily Status Report with the management team.
• Managing Lucky Foods WhatsApp number.
• Responding to customer complaints, or other issues with products or services.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that client’s feel supported and valued.
• Handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls and create a positive experience for each caller.
• To be a liaison between the customers and Home Delivery team.
