Job Description
Responsible for execution of MRP on monthly basis as per supply schedule received from company.
Create, monitor and adjust production plans for individual shops according availability of raw material & resources.
Daily review of actual production against the production plan
Send & monitors orders, in coordination with commercial department, for imported components to overseas vendors along with 2 months forecast.
Monitoring of supply compliance & subcontracted operations of local vendor as per the production plan.
Plan dispatches of raw material plant accounting for lead time and inventory levels.
Administer & coordinate in physical stock inventory count according to oracle on monthly basis.
· Implemented safety stocks of raw materials considering the risk, consumption &criticality of each material.
· Responsible for creating and editing BOMs in oracle as per requirement.
· Troubleshooting in case of unexpected issues.
