Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver interactive web experiences: work with designers, architects, and customers to solve new and existing technical challenges;
Understand requirements, architect and implement solutions, provide administration tools and documentation for specific projects;
Follow and enhance existing development processes.
We currently have an opening for a full-time senior PHP developer with the following qualifications:
Five years hands-on experience minimum:
Coding using PHP, Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX; OO and MVC models
Javascript, jQuery
Testing for and resolving cross-browser/platform compatibility issues
Using Linux and Windows platforms
Three years hands-on experience minimum:
Apache, MySQL or PostgreSQL
Open Source Software (OSS) methodology and mechanisms
One to two years experience in:
Cloud-based infrastructure
Identifying and correcting performance bottlenecks
Linux administration
Other Details:
Position to start ASAP
B.S. Degree in Computer Science or equivalent is desirable. Salary commensurate with experience.
